In September 2001 the company underwent a metamorphism and what
emerged were two totally independent companies. The Estate Agency
division was the subject of a Staff buyout.The Chartered
Surveyors, who had relocated to new Offices in Eastbourne some years
earlier, carried on under the founder's name. The Estate Agency was
renamed and Bay Real Estate was born.
By February 2003 Bay Real Estate had expanded and moved into
larger Offices at 10 Eastbourne Road in the heart of the Village of
Pevensey Bay.
